* Monthly HOA meetings will be held on the 2nd Thursday at the Caldwell Free Methodist Church at 6:30pm (Nov. 13, Dec. 11, Jan. 8). All homeowners are welcome to attend!

*Pet Issues: Please try to resolve problems by going directly to the pet owner first. If unable to come to a resolution, contact Animal Control at 455-5925. Here are three ideas to keep cats and dogs out of your yard: (1) Critter Ritter (www.haveaheart.com), (2) Cat Scat (search on www.gardeners.com), (3) Sprinkle your lawn in late evening as cats do not like wet surfaces.

*Halloween Safety Tips:
- Trick-or-Treaters: Carry flashlight, stay on sidewalks, obey traffic signals/laws, stay in familiar neighborhoods, make sure costurmes don't drag and have reflective tape/fabric, only go to well lit homes, stay away from pets you don't know.
- Parents: Eat dinner before you go, have children carry change or cell phone to call home, accompany small children, buy only flame retardant costumes, know the route you kids are taking, inspect All candy.
- Homeowners: Make sure walkways are clear and lit, Keep pets indoors, keep all flames away from trick-or-treaters, Keep an eye out for all children and suspicious activity

Our New Board has Begun!
