The next regular Board meeting with be April 12th, 2012 at 6:30 at the Caldwell Free Methodist Church.

National Night Out

Please join us for our National Night Out celebration.
Tuesday, August 2nd, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm
At the playground common area on Stonegate.
We will be featuring a clown, bounce house, and lots of games.
Enter a drawing for prizes!! And lots of ice cream!!!
The Caldwell Fire Department and Caldwell Police Department
will be stopping by for a visit, including an appearance by McGruff!
Come for an evening of family fun!!!

April 2nd, 2011, Annual Spring Cleanup Day

Our second annual cleanup day will be from 10am to noon.
Meet at the front entrance on Ustick.
Come help plant new trees!

Assessments Due March 30th, 2011

"Any assessment not paid within thirty (30) days after the due date shall bear interest from the due date at a rate of 12% annum." (Protective Restrictions and Covenants, Article VII, Section 6)

Accounts more than $120 past due will have lien placed on home until dues are paid.
